Over 30 years practical experience with leading global logistics service providers, fulfilling the logistics needs of blue chip global chemical manufacturers, manufacturers and fuels refiners, enhanced by 10 years experience as a consultant to industry, government and non-government organisations (NGO's).
PLSS was formed to provide consultancy services to manufacturers, and those handling dangerous goods who are required to employ a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA), in accordance with the UK's Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations (2009) and the various international regulations including, Road (ADR), Rail (RID), Inland Waterways (ADN), Sea (IMDG) and Air (IATA).

As the only resident UK Assessor of the European Chemical Industry Council's (CEFIC) Safety Quality Assessment System (SQAS), assessing logistics companies in the UK I have insight into best practice covering logistics and supply chain health, safety security and environment best practice.
