Northumberland Computer Support offers computer support to business throughout Northumberland and the North East of England, up into the Scottish Borders. 

The company was set up in late 2018 by Michael Donkin, when he moved back tohis native Northumberland. Previously living for some years in Lancashire, Michael had been Group Head of IT for a national company until, in 2008, setting up his own IT Support business in Lancashire. That company was sold in order to allow Michael to finally move back home. 

With a broad rane of experience, knowledge and Microsoft qualifications Michael brings a refreshing, no nonsense style to computer support. Many such companies are keen to offer a "break-fix" model of support, i.e. when it breaks they come along to fix it. This is good for the IT Support company as they then have you over a barrel in a panic situation. Proactive, preventative maintenance of computers, practised by Northumberland Computer Support, aims to overcome this issue.
