Our founder and principal consultant, Maxine Tennet, has spent almost 20 years in a variety of voluntary and community sector organisations. During this time, her experiences have included a broad range of thematic activities, which have spanned both operational and strategic areas. By her own admission, Maxine is stickler for detail, enjoys a variety of tasks and thrives under pressure. She is a real people-person who has the unique ability to bring out the best in her colleagues and peers, even when dealing with challenging situations.
